<li>如果你想要使用新鮮紅蘿蔔製作，可以考慮先將紅蘿蔔刨絲，然後在焗爐裡面焗製一段時間，蒸發多餘的水分，此外亦能達到濃縮的效果，增加紅蘿蔔的風味</li>
<li>使用新鮮紅蘿蔔製作的話，則要相對減少牛奶的使用量，因為紅蘿蔔含水，這樣會導致蛋糕麵糊的水分過多，容易製作失敗</li>
<li>焗製完成之後，記得靜置降溫10分鐘後再脫模</li>
