<p>黑木耳，別名為木菌、木蛾、木耳，為木耳科植物黑木耳的子實體，性平，味甘，歸胃、大腸經，具有健脾補氣、活血化瘀、抗血小板凝聚、降低血脂、組織膽固醇沉積的功效。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>2. 湯水功效</strong></h2>



<p>適合高血壓、糖尿病、痔瘡便血、大便燥結、貧血、缺乏維生素C的人士飲用。但孕婦、大便溏薄、脾胃虛弱、腎功能虛弱、虛寒洩瀉、腎炎、腎結石人士則不建議飲用。</p>



<p>雖然雞蛋湯非常容易製作，但由於使用的雞蛋分量較多，經常飲用很容易會導致攝取過量膽固醇和蛋白質，導致血脂升高，加重肝臟和腎臟的負擔。</p>

<p>地膽頭又稱苦地膽，是菊科植物地膽草的全草。性寒、味苦、辛，歸肺、脾、肝經，具有清熱解毒、涼血利尿的功效。</p>

<p>此款湯水適合陰虛氣短、營養不良、頭暈、貧血、來人燥咳無痰、大便乾結的人士飲用，但如果體質偏虛寒無熱，就不建議飲用。</p>



<p>需要留意的是，若要飲用地膽頭瘦肉湯，就不能進食菱角，否則會引致食物相沖，導致腹痛。</p>
